Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have developed a high-temperature superconducting (HTS) dual-band bandpass filter (BPF) using stub-loaded hair-pin resonators with independently controllable frequencies and coupling coefficients. The resonator enables independent control of the first and second band resonant frequencies. The coupling coefficient can be independently adjusted using the distance of the resonators and the H-shaped waveguide placed at the center in the spaces between the comb-line coupled resonators. We designed a 5-pole HTS dual-band BPF using the proposed filter design method. The filter was fabricated using YBa_2Cu_3O_y thin film on an Al_2O_3 substrate. The measured frequency responses of the filter agree well with the simulated one.
