| Abstract(in English) | This paper presents noise characteristic of a ring oscillator and LC oscillator as VCO used for an out-phasing modulation. These oscillators are constituted using MOSFET and 1/f noise is modeled by letting white noise pass in the FIR filter constructed by some low pass filters. |
