Abstract(in English) This paper presents the measurement results of IQ modulated signal and distorted correction, in order to make Out-Phasing Power amplifiers with frequency doubler realized. The distortion is caused by imbalance of IQ modulator and unnecessary coupling between Input-Output. This study was performed preliminary experiment to compensate modulation distortion using pre-equalizing.
