Abstract(in English) | Recently, high accurate and high efficient signal generation is needed for wireless communication transmitters. So, our research group studies out-phasing system as the way to generate signals which meets such a demand. This report presents the result of recycling the out-of-phase mode power which are loss for the out-phasing power amplifiers by power re-use mechanism. The experiment results show that the maximum recycling efficiency of 14.69% out-of-phase power with 180° hybrid coupler and full wave rectifier. In addition, we simulated F-class amplifiers and the circuit which supplies amplifiers with the recycled current. |
