| 抄録(和) | 無人航空機(UAV)から得られる空撮画像を用いて人物検出を行う.空撮画像のノイズ,ブレ,人物領域の低解像度,非人が多様となる問題等により,従来手法での対処は難しい.そこで,本稿ではMS-HOGによる入力ベクトルの拡張を施した深層学習を用いることで,高精度な人物検出を行う.さらに,逐次学習により多様な非人による人物検出の性能劣化に対応する.評価実験により有効性を確かめた. |
| 抄録(英) | We propose a method for human detection from Aerial Images taken by Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). In that situations, there has crucial difficulties in human detection such as: heavy noise, motion blur, low resolution human regions, wide variations of negative samples and etc. These problems cause the degradations in human detection. In order to address these problems that the previous works cannot deal with, we exploit both a Deep Learning and an Online Learning. Effective method in our approach is 1) using Deep Learning with MS-HOG to improve the performance, 2) dealing with the wide variations of negative samples in Online Learning. Experimental results show the effective of the proposed method. |
