Abstract(in English) | High-efficiency technology of microwave transfer system is needed. The RF-DC conversion efficiency is one of the most important factors in the system. It is known that characteristics of a rectenna are changed in accordance with an input power and an impedance of load. We developed the high-efficiency and stable rectenna control device in consideration for characteristics of a rectenna. |
