Jogging assist system to guide a running pace with musical tempo

Abstract(in English) In recent years, people who jog for the purpose of maintaining health and to solve the lack of exercise has increased. However, novice runner does not know the optimal pace of their own, that to obtain the effect of training is difficult. Suitable pacing is achieved by applying appropriate load to the circulatory system in response to the driving phase, the heart rate is an effective indicator for measuring the correct such loads. In this study, I aim to realize a jogging assist system for the induction of jogging so that it be adjust the pace intuitively of their own by playing back the music to novice runners running, to perform heart rate maintain ideal as a result. Specifically, to provide feedback by the music in order to detect the heart rate of runner using a wearable device, and approaches the ideal heart rate. As a first step, in the paper. I report the experimental verification with regard to whether or not it is possible to control the heart rate by adjusting the pace, whether you can adjust pace of running to match the metronome sound, to adjust the pace running.
