| 抄録(和) | 現在,人々は都市の中を移動するために,様々な移動手段を用いている.その移動手段は,都市の人口規模,交通網の発展・整備状況,地形や気温など様々な要因によって,個人に適した移動手段を選んでいると考えられる.本稿では世界のいくつかの都市を取り上げ,これら都市の交通の整備状況について調査を行った.それらの都市において人々が,自動車,公共交通機関,自転車,徒歩の移動手段がどの程度の頻度で利用しているか調査した.結果を,大規模都市,中規模都市,小規模都市と人口により分類することで,それぞれの都市の特徴や日本の都市に必要な交通について考察する.また,これらの結果により,今後,必要とされる新たな交通システムについて検討する. |
| 抄録(英) | People move by using many kinds of transportation systems in the cities. Transportation devises are chosen by the populations, area of the city, growth of the transportation networks, lay of the land, climate and so on. In this report, the actual conditions of transportation networks in some world cities are researched. The ratio that which transportations are used when they move in the city is researched. The method of transportations is categorized in individual car, public transportations, pedestrianism and bicycles. The results are compared among the cities that are grouped by the size of the city based on population. The characteristics of the transportation systems and points to be improved for the cities are discussed. |
