Abstract(in English)	There are a lot of reports which rerated drug adherence, however it is still unknown reality of drug taking in the community. Considering expanding medical cost, promote better adherence is the priority both for effective medical care and cost effectiveness of care in medicine. To see the reality of drug use, we studied with simple electronic devices. Reality of drug use including skip to take drugs and miss use of drug were clearly observed with the data of electronic devices. Since there was the significant difference between real adherence and patients' self-report of their drug taking, the electronic devices is useful to check adherence precisely. And it has possibility to use monitoring other health rerated personal conditions.
