Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) So far, detection of stress situation is made only by expert physician's diagnosis or by simple diagnostic test through the Internet. However, these ways are valid only when the patient recognizes that he/she feels stress. In this study, the relaxation of the muscles, which is performed unconsciously to ease the stress, is focused on, and the postures and behaviors taken during stress situation are identified using gyros and acceleration sensors. In this paper, the stress detection based on the frequency of stress behavior changes during stressful situations will be discussed. In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed method through some experiments will be shown.
