Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we investigate the influence of network delay on QoE (Quality of Experience) for a balloon bursting game in a networked haptic virtual environment. In the game, two players burst balloons (i.e., soft objects) by using haptic interface devices. We carry out QoE assessment of easiness of bursting a balloon for each player. Assessment results show that the easiness of bursting depends on the network delay.
