Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a novel superconducting microwave kinetic inductance detectors (MKIDs) using dual-function spiral strip (DFSS) suitable for a broad band terahertz detector array application. A superconducting rewind strip works as a high-Q half wave length microwave resonator as well as a broad band antenna for terahertz light. We found that the magnetic field is concentrated to the central part of the DFSS without a feeding point by Plane-wave analyzes in 3-dimentional EM simulator. The 25-array DFSS-MKIDs were fabricated using NbN thin films and showed the 25^ microwave resonant at 3.0 K. The noise equivalent power of 10^<-14> W/Hz^<-1/2> order at 3.0 K was confirmed using optical responses.
