Abstract(in English) | There are many types of biosensors and chemical sensors. Waveguide-type sensor has many advantages. We have proposed a vertical slot waveguide to enhance the interaction of the sensing material and the propagation light. We simulated the effect of enhancement of the overlap and propagation loss. |
