Abstract(in English) | A Fractional-N PLL can generate high resolution frequency signals with the combination of ΔΣ modulator and integer-N frequency divider. However, it generates integer boundary spurs in harmonics of half of reference frequency, and it is difficult to realize low spurious property under wideband frequency outputs. This paper proposes a spurious suppression method by using DDS as reference signal of fractional-N PLL and allocating spurious frequency in cutoff frequency. |
