| 抄録(和) | 我々はマイクロ波を用いた乳がん探査について研究している.これまで乳がん探査に用いる人体の電気定数を模擬した人体模擬型(ファントム)を作製することに成功した.ところが,これまで作製したファントムには日が経つにつれて比誘電率が変化するという事実が判明し,ファントムの経日変化を少なくする必要性が生じた.また,腫瘍は悪性と良性の2種類に分けられ,良性の腫瘍は膨張的に増殖するが他の細胞に転移しないが,悪性の腫瘍は浸潤的に増殖し,他細胞に転移するという大きな違いがある.本論文ではファントムが経日変化するという事を積極的に利用して,良性及び悪性の癌ファントムを作製できることを明らかにしている. |
| 抄録(英) | We study the breast cancer exploration using the microwave. We succeeded in manufacturing the human body simulation model (phantom) to use for breast cancer exploration so far. The phantom is the model which simulated the electric constants of the human body. However, a fact that relative permittivity of the phantom varied as the days passed was known. Thus, the need to reduce the daily variation in the relative permittivity of the phantom has occurred. Tumors are divided into two kinds of malignant and benign. Benign tumors don't spread to other cells. On the other hand, malignant tumors were grown in invasive and metastasize to other cells. By utilizing the fact that the electric constant of the phantom is changed day by day, it has been revealed that the tumor phantoms of benign and malignant can be manufactured. |
