| 抄録(和) | 今回の研究ではFETを用いて、代表的な発振回路であるハートレー発振回路を製作し、様々な値でインダクタやキャパシタを変化させ、雑音の指標であるQファクタの理論式の有用性を実験的に確認する。また、実験によって得られた発振振幅とQファクタとの関係についても考察を行う。結果として、Qファクタ式の有用性においては、理論値と近い値を得ることができ、Qファクタと振幅の関係性においては、まだまだ研究段階であり明確な成果は挙げられなかった。今後、試作回路の改善・増量を行い、両方の項目について成果を挙げていこうと思う。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this study, we have verified the Q factor validity of the typical FET Hartley oscillator by fabricating circuits with different values. Also, We also discussed the relationship between the amplitude and Q-factor obtained by experiment. As a result, for the validity of the Q factor formula, the experimental results are agree better with the theoretical ones. For the relationship between Q factor and amplitude, We have not found an obvious relationship between them. Our future work is assumed to improve and increase of the prototype circuit, and achieve better results for both items. |
