Abstract(in English) | In recent years, with the development of wireless communication device, the study of low-noise oscillation circuit has become an important issue. There is a Q-factor parameter which is the design index of the low-noise oscillation circuit. The noise becomes smaller as the Q-factor becomes higher, and the accuracy of the oscillator increases. In this study, we derived the Q-factor formula from the circuit parameters of a Colpitts oscillator circuit. It was confirmed that, when we consider the loss of the oscillation circuit, there is an optimum value for the circuit parameters. |
