Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, radar systems have been widely used in consumer products such as a collision prevention radar for cars. Therefore, cost reduction and miniaturization of the radar is required for these applications. In the radar, the phase of signals transmitted to antennas has to be variable. The authors have been studied about a Push-Push oscillator array for the purpose. In this paper, a Push-Push oscillator array using a simple coupling circuit is designed and demonstrated, and the effect of the injection locking in the coupling circuit is investigated. As the result, 210 degrees of phase shift at 14.8 GHz is obtained.
