| Abstract(in English) | The main topic addressed in this paper is to introduce our practices regarding to a JAIST lecture archiving system started from the 2014 fiscal year. One of features of the system is central maintenance of the archiving equipment to realize efficient automatic operation. This paper focuses to report system requirements considered in the system design phase, an overview of the architecture of the system, a small-group usability testing and results of a questionnaire survey in the preliminary phase. |
