Abstract(in English) QoE (Quality of Experience) enhancement is required in the mobile communication network. In order to provide a higher level of QoE, it is important to reveal the relation between QoE and QoS (Quality of Service). In this work, focusing on a display time of a Web browser as an criterion of QoE, the impacts of QoS to QoE will be revealed. And QoE improvement method will be proposed that will discard packets with consideration for the difference of the sensitivity of QoE to QoS.
