Improvement of Estimation Accuracy in Available Throughput Estimation Method

Abstract(in English) Mobile network operators begin to introduce data offloading in order to mitigate the congestion of cellular networks. As one of approaches, we proposed an available throughput estimation method in the previous study. However, from the simulation results, we found that the estimation accuracy is limited. In this paper, we introduce two improvements to the previously proposed method and evaluate them through simulation experiments.
