| 抄録(和) | 2014年7月に開催されたTM Forum Action Weekの会合の報告を行う.TM Forumでは近年,Agile Business & IT Program, Customer Engagement Program, Open Digital Programの3つの戦略プログラムを中心にFrameworxの拡張を進めている.今回の会合では,Agile Business & IT Programでは仮想化に向けてZOOMプロジェクトを中心とした議論が進められていた.また,Customer Engagement ProgramではCustomer Experience ManagementでのBest PracticeをまとめたGB962の検討がFrameworx 14.5に向けて議論が進められていた.さらに,Open Digital ProgramではDigital Serviceの連携に向けたAPIの具体的な実装に関する検討が進められていた. |
| 抄録(英) | TM Forum Action Week Morristown 2014 was hold in Morristown July 21st through 25th of 2014. TM Forum has set the three strategic programs (Agile Business & IT, Customer Engagement, Open Digital Program). As the Agile Business & IT program, the Zero-time Orchestration, Operations and Management (ZOOM) project is a main issue. This project was discussed about the architecture, the information model and readiness of OSS for virtualized networks. The Customer Engagement program included the best practices of the customer experience management for the Frameworx 14.5. As the Open Digital Program, the APIs between digital services were discussed. |
