Abstract(in English) Live streaming becomes ordinary services using the Internet. In addition, more high-resolution videos such as 4K are expected to as daily live streaming. In this work, we design a 4K video transfer system using a web browser to use 4K videos widely on the Internet without installing any dedicated application. In this paper, we describe the design of a 4K resolution video streaming system using the WebRTC which enables a Web browser having used real-time communication function. We also show the implementation status of the prototype system.
