Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In Software Defmed-Information Centric Network (SD-ICN), the network controller plays a very important role to coordinate in-network caching and content searching mechanism. This paper evaluates performance of SD-ICN based on three mechanisms of the controller to manage in-network caching and content searching. Namely, they are non-cooperation, path cooperation and global cooperation. Four performance metrics are presented to evaluate the proposed mechanisms. Emulation and PC-based OpenFlow testbed are used for performing experiment. The results show that each mechanism has its advantages and drawbacks. Furthermore, different network topologies were also tested in the experiment.
