| 抄録(和) | 様々な大きさの異なる粒状・線状成分を画像内から抽出でき,それらの成分を取り除いた形で元の画像を再構成できるモルフォロジーフィルタバンクを提案する.提案手法は,従来手法であるヘッセ行列を用いたフィルタに比較して,テスト画像を用いてのNMSEやSSIMによる定量評価において良好な結果を得た.本稿では,提案手法と従来手法を微小石灰化陰影の抽出,眼底血管の抽出,胸部CT画像の正常血管の削除などに適用し,結果を比較することで提案手法の有用性を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | We propose a new method called Morphology Filter Bank for extracting nodular patterns and line patterns of various sizes in images. This filter bank can reconstruct the original image perfectly from the decomposed components. In this paper, we evaluate the performances of the proposed method and a conventional method using hessian matrix in synthesized images. As results of the evaluation by using NMSE and SSIM, the proposed method showed better performance than that of conventional method. In addition, by applying this filter bank and conventional method to mammogram, retinal fundus image, and lung CT image, we will demonstrate characteristics of the proposed method. |
