Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose high-voltage octuple-current DC-to-DC converter. The proposed DC-to-DC converter performs ZVS if we choose suitable dead time τ. We theoretically derive ZVS condition concerning τ. We designed a DC-to-DC converter whose a input voltage is 1kV. Result of simulation, we confirmed that the DC-to-DC converter performs ZVS in the condition range of derived τ. And maximum efficiency was 91.6%. |
