Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Hands-free voice command input system have problems when the distance between the microphone and a user increases, as degradation of the S/N ratio occurs and echo increases. As a result, recognition performance falls. This report outlines a method that selects automatically standard pattern in consideration of S/N and an echo. Authors confirmed that the recognition accuracy was 8.2% higher in comparison with conventional method 1. The execute time is reduced to only 1/4 of the time and the recognition accuracy was 1.3% lower using conventional method 2.
