| Abstract(in English) | Dew Cyclic test is one of most famous evaluation methods for Electro Chemical Migration (ECM). But this test is a problem of repeatability about the test results. We examined the reasons for the problem, and proposed some solutions. Then as other approach for Dew test, we made a proposal a new method by Micro Dew Condensation Test which we are observable some sample surfaces under test. |
