| 抄録(和) | これまで,視覚に関する脳機能の研究が数多くなされてきた.例えば,視覚障害者を対象に点字の触弁別課題を実施したところ,fMRIによる計測では一次視覚野が活性化したという研究報告がなされている.この他,90分間の目隠し状態で晴眼者の指腹の空間解像度が向上するといった研究報告などが挙げられる.先行研究では,人差し指の指腹に点字などの触刺激を検査者が呈示するといった受動的な触課題がほとんどであった.そこで本研究では,被験者が,視覚障害者が能動的に触図を触察するような自然な状況での触図弁別課題を行い,晴眼者の短期目隠し状態が触図触察能力に及ぼす影響について検討する. |
| 抄録(英) | There have been many studies of shedding light on the function of human brain. Facchini et al., for example, reported the effect of short-term light deprivation on tactile spatial acuity; the participants who were kept 90 minutes in complete dark showed, immediately after deprivation, a reversible improvement of tactile spatial acuity. Many of these studies, the stimuli were presented on the first finger passively by the examiner. Our study then investigates the effort of the short-term light deprivation for healthy normal sighted participants, but the task is different from the previous studies; the stimuli are tactile graphic stimuli, not Braille stimuli, and the participants touch the tactile graphics by the natural way that is similar to the way the blind touch. |
