Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Action Planning is a method for supporting human decision making by creating strategic scenarios. In this study, we focus on communication in the process of collaborative problem solving, and classify the remarks in the process into four categories. The result suggests that the highly evaluated scenarios were created through the problem-solving process including the "cooperative remark." Moreover, we divide the scenario planning process into "externalization" and "serialization" of knowledge, and discuss the effect to the evaluations of scenarios comparing the amount of description and statement of each stage.
