Abstract(in English)	We have made a proposal and an evaluation of "Funbrella", which is an item that makes rainy day a little exciting than usual. "Funbrella" is an umbrella that you design on your own by attaching original seals to a plastic umbrella. The name "Funbrella" comes from the words "fun" and "umbrella". We expect that by putting up this umbrella as you walk through a rainy town, the dull atmosphere would become brighter. This report presents the concept and design of "Fumbrella". Also, It introduces about the experiment and workshops in Ito city.
