| 抄録(和) | 本論文では,画像共有サービスでのソーシャル人気度(画像が見られた回数,コメントされた回数,お気に入りに登録された回数)をテキストタグのみから予測するアルゴリズムを提案する.動画像のコンテンツ解析の代わりに,SVRから得られる重みベクトルとタグの出現回数の組み合わせによりソーシャル人気度を予測する.我々の手法は動画像の特徴量ではなくテキスト情報のみを用いるため,計算コストが低い.結果として,既存手法に比してより効率の良いソーシャル人気度予測に加え,ソーシャル人気度への影響力の大きなタグの抽出にも成功した. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we propose an algorithm to predict the social popularity (i.e., the numbers of views, comments, and favorites) of content on social networking services using only text annotations. Instead of analyzing image/video content, we try to estimate social popularity by a combination of weight vectors obtained from a support vector regression (SVR) and tag frequency. Since our proposed algorithm uses text annotations instead of image/video features, its computational cost is small. As a result, we can estimate social popularity more efficiently than previously proposed methods. Furthermore, tags that significantly affect social popularity can be extracted using our algorithm. |
