Abstract(in English) We propose a simple configuration of 400-Gigabit Ethernet with 16-λ 25-Gb/s NRZ WDM by using 100GbE optical sub-assemblies and cyclic arrayed waveguide gratings. Based on experimentally confirmed 10-km error-free transmission, the feasibility of system implementation is considered and wavelength controlling is also proposed.
