Abstract(in English) | Using FDTD method (time-domain finite difference method), the for reflection characteristics from the photonic crystal grating is considered numerically in this report. The pillar triangular lattice photonic crystal structure is applied in this report, and then, the reflection is examined for the periodic structure of the corrugated upper surface of the upper and lower surfaces of the straight base structure, and lower surface. Then, it is compared for the reflection characteristics obtained by varying the cylinder radius and the depth of the periodic structure. As the absorbing boundary conditions, the 2nd-order Mur absorbing boundary conditions and periodic boundary conditions are applied. |
