Abstract(in English) The growth of air traffic demand strongly requires further improvement of aviation safety. For achieving a higher level of safety, Human Factors is a key issue. This presentation introduces fundamental concepts and methodologies of Human Factors for safety management at individual and organization levels with some case examples in aviation and other industrial domains. In addition, a new perspective of safety now being discussed in safety studies is presented to consider the directions of our future safety management.
