Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, composite materials that combines properties of both lubricity and conductivity began to be made large. The authors have attempted to improve the composite material by forming a composite of metal and good conductivity focusing on the solid lubricant with excellent self-lubricating. But it is necessary to sintering by heating to 700 ℃ or more even underestimate the preparation by the conventional method. I found that the solid lubricant is mixed intermetallic compound is generated for its shortage. Can not be obtained the effect that was originally intended for it. In recent years, I have made it possible to create composite materials that do not require high temperature heating. Therefore, we examined is performed compared with the composite material according to the conventional method and the composite material according to the new process
