Abstract(in English) Wavelength routing systems need tunable lasers with large tunable capability and fast wavelength switching. We propose the acceleration of wavelength switching using feedforward control. In this paper, first, we measured wavelength switching response from low frequency to high frequency and vice versa. Next we designed feedforward controllers for optimizing each switching response. Finally we realized wavelength switching time within 50 ns at both switching responses.
