Abstract(in English) We are examining the integrated architecture here as a method of decreasing the loss in the joint of the antenna element and the phase shifter. Four element linear array antenna is a return loss 14.16 dB and gain 13.76 dBi is obtained, and it reports on the design example previously. This basic structure was enhanced to a plane array further in this paper, and the characteristic was examined by the electromagnetic field simulation. The array antenna that had arranged four element linear array in parallel is that return loss 16.28 dB and gains 17.10 dBi are obtained at 20GHz.
