Abstract(in English) In this report, a design chart for a two-layered absorber with wide angle characteristics using the resistive films was provided. The design charts for TE and TM wave were illustrated. The absorption characteristics of the designed absorbers were calculated, and the validity of the charts was indicated. Furthermore, the absorption characteristics of the fabricated wave absorber were evaluated. The error source was studied. It is concluded that realization of a wave absorber for wide angle characteristics is confirmed.
