Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The purpose of this study is to generate auxiliary problems in algorithm learning for novices. Our domain is an algorithmic thinking learning course in computer science department for university freshmen in their first semester. In this paper, firstly, we discuss two famous evaluation criteria for algorithms and/or computer programs. Then, a new evaluation criterion, which is improved some disadvantages in previous criteria, is proposed. We also describe an idea to generate some auxiliary problems which are adapted to learner's level of understanding about algorithmic thinking.
