Abstract(in English)	Knowing how the computer works is effective in learning programming. However, there are few textbooks that explain the function about the controller which is one of the computer devices, for novices. Showing the perform control in accordance with the bits of the machine language in detail is the effective to understand the controller, since controller is a decoding device of machine language. We have developed learning materials which have easy-to-use instruction performed the control in accordance with the bits of the machine language, and therefore elementary school students can make the program easily using it.
