Abstract(in English) A method of estimating S-parameters of 2-port circuit connected to 4-port fixture having unnecessary couplings is described and compared with the method using S-parameters of fixture that we have presented previously. The derivation of the estimating equation and numerical example are shown. Also, in the two methods, a comparison of the loads for calibration are performed. Advantages of these methods are that the S-parameters of the 2-port are to be estimated only by solving the system linear equations. Our method can be applied to determine the S-parameters of the circuit with a difficult port to connect the probe of the instrument as the IC package and TEM cell.
