Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a high spatial resolution gamma ray camera with superconducting resonator arrays for food screening systems. The gamma ray camera is composed of hundreds of microwave resonators. Absorbers are attached to the reverse side of the wafer. The gamma-rays create phonons in the absorber and the resonators detect the phonons propagated from the absorber. As a first step for the proposed camera, we measured 10 lumped element kinetic inductance detectors (LeKIDs) in a 0.3-K sorption cryostat. The event rate of the pixel with the Pb absorber was approximately 5 cps and 6 times higher than that of the pixel without the absorber. The rise and the fall time of events were less than the 1.1 MHz sampling of a vector network analyzer.
