Abstract(in English) Along with the broad spread of multiple wireless access networks such as LTE, WiFi, WiMAX and terminals that can use multiple wireless access networks, research and development of network access control method among multiple wireless access networks such as traffic offloading, RAT(Radio Access Technology) selection becomes more important recently. We have been developing LTE(Long Term Evolution) system level simulation model on network simulator aiming for evaluation of heterogeneous wireless access network. In this paper, the modeling of LTE system level simulation is presented. Further, as an example, evaluation of QoS and energy consumption of terminals upon RAT selection among LTE and WiFi for uplink traffic is presented. These results show our simulator is useful for evaluation of heterogeneous wireless access networks.
