Abstract(in English) | We have developed the Superconducting Microwave Kinetic Inductance Detectors (MKID) for the purpose of observation Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation. MKID consisting of many microwave resonators and readout feedline. MKID can readout 1000 detector signal with one line. Large-scale array easy. It is easy to make MKID. In this paper, we will present performances of the MKID on the rotation system, e.g., electromagnetic shielding and an effect of the earth magnetism. |
