| 抄録(和) | 不要な結合のある4ポート治具に接続された2ポートのSパラメータを,残りの2ポート間のSパラメータの測定値から推定する方法として,治具のTパラメータを用いる方法が述べられ,先に報告した治具のSパラメータを用いる方法と比較検討されている.最初に推定式の導出と数値例が示され,次に,2つの方法における校正用の負荷の違いが比較検討される.本方法の特長は,線形連立方程式を解くだけでSパラメータが推定できるところにある.本方法は,ICパッケージ内やTEMセル内の回路など,測定器が直接接続困難なポートを持つ場合のSパラメータを求めるのに応用できる. |
| 抄録(英) | A method of estimating S-parameters of 2-port circuit connected to 4-port fixture having unnecessary couplings is described and compared with the method using S-parameters of fixture that we have presented previously. The derivation of the estimating equation and numerical example are shown. Also, in the two methods, a comparison of the loads for calibration are performed. Advantages of these methods are that the S-parameters of the 2-port are to be estimated only by solving the system linear equations. Our method can be applied to determine the S-parameters of the circuit with a difficult port to connect the probe of the instrument as the IC package and TEM cell. |
