Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Graphene Nano Ribbon (GNR) obtained a variety of electrical properties by a variety of structures. However, it is possible to make a GNR that had a length and width of the constant is difficult. Using 3,4,9,10-Perylentetracarbonsauredianhydrid(PTCDA), performs coupling between carbons only heating, we examined the conditions for make GNR with a width and length of the constant in this study. It is thought that the change in weight as a result X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS) and SEM, I considered after oxygen functional groups apart, binding of a molecule is made, the carbon cylindrical been generated after the heating. Carbon cylindrical in high temperature was decomposed into fibers of 100nm ~ 500nm.
