Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon material having a six-membered carbon ring structure. The graphene has high electron mobility. Therefore, the application of high-speed transistor of the next generation is expected to graphene. However, in theory, the band gap required to control the current is not present in the graphene. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a band gap for graphene. Therefore, I thought a method of introducing the band gap by mixing the (h-BN) hexagonal boron nitride is an insulator having a structure similar to graphene. In this experiment, we used a chemical stripping process that can be mass produced as a product of graphene methods graphene. And changing the mixing ratio of h-BN to graphene is presented and evaluated. |
