Report of the trial for 4K video transmission over IP network in CKP 4K-WG

Abstract(in English) The 4K-resolution video technology, which refers to a content having horizontal resolution on the order of 4,000 pixels, is expected for providing next generation video service. According to the attraction of the technology development, the project for industry-academia collaboration named Cyber Kansai Project (CKP) has launched Working Group for researching and developing the 4K-related services and technologies. In the activity of the WG, various members come from various industries and universities in CKP aim to promote their different demanding such as 4K-transmitter development, 4K-contents service development, making educational opportunity for networking technologies, and so on. In this paper, we introduce our trial.
