Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we consider a model where a transfer request either must be completed by a user-specified deadline or must be rejected if the deadline cannot be satisfied. The existing method reduced call-blocking rate by dynamic bandwidth allocation. However, it uses a very simple routing method. This paper describe importance of routing in time-constrained file transfer, and proposes a new routing method for reducing the call-blocking rate.
